Facilitate Americas’ regional collaboration to instill best practices, increase effectiveness, and achieve organizational IKOs across categories and functions for team of 35 FTEs and 2BN of spend- Transportation Cluster Head for NORAM and Mexico, streamlining supplier development to increase network capacity, establish centralized team, process and tools to improve compliance- Head of IT/Telecom, Goods & Corporate Wear, Marketing, T&E, Professional Services categories, focusing on pipeline build, bid/negotiation strategy, sustainability/ESG, and cross-regional alignment- Americas Sourcing COE team management, including training, mentorship, and capacity management to support bid execution across all sourcing categories

Responsible for sourcing strategy of core business of DP DHL, covering an annual spend in excess of $2bn across multiple divisions within the DP DHL-Sourced ~$1B across FTL, LTL, IMDL, PU&D, Home Delivery, Air, Ocean, Specialized/Flatbed-Developed architecture for carrier database and project management tool in Salesforce to streamline sourcing process-Executed global air and ocean tenders for 3PL and 4PL models

Led teams in 100+ eSourcing projects for top global and Fortune 500 clients in the United States, Europe, and Asia including Visteon, Time Warner, DP-DHL, Lear, UTC-Structured and executed weekly transportation bid, accounting for $200MM of historic spend over two years, achieving ~ 10% overall savings-Created a multi-level optimization bid layout for $20MM in air freight spend-Developed project strategy, product specifications, and new low cost country supplier base for client’s global purchase of uniforms worth ~$10MM
