As an Account Executive, I was expected to prospect for new clients, sell UWMs proprietary CRM, POS, marketplace software, and loan process. Once a client was onboarded, I facilitated training for both the company owner and their staff, teaching them how to use UWMs technology to support and grow their business. I was responsible for communicating timelines internally and externally, managing projects through their lifecycle, communicating and directing communication to appropriate teams, proactively identifying opportunities to further develop business relationships, problem solving, assisting clients with marketing and branding concepts, and consistently evaluating client experience/feedback. As a team leader, I would lead multiple training sessions each week, lead scheduled monthly coaching sessions for performance reviews, and provide day to day support for my team.
