As the Senior Manager of TOTEM's new Toronto office, I am responsible for the development and growth of this new division. TOTEM is a recruitment consulting firm that helps businesses find and hire top talent in various sectors and industries. I have experience in building new divisions and managing recruitment solutions for established and growing companies, throughout numerous industries.In my previous roles as a Director at Adecco and Sphere Recruitment Solutions, I successfully developed and oversaw the growth of the permanent staffing divisions, working with clients across Canada and the US. I also led and mentored teams of recruiters, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have strong skills in human resources, recruiting, technical recruiting, leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning. I am passionate about building new businesses that deliver value to both clients and candidates.
