Timothy is a Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist with twenty years of experience reconstructing collisions with the Massachusetts State Police and a national forensic engineering firm. He has reconstructed over 750 motor vehicle collisions including over 500 involving serious injuries and fatalities. He has expertise reconstructing collisions involving passenger vehicles, commercial motor vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles and motorcycles. He has testified as an expert witness in Massachusetts District and Superior Courts, as well as United States District Court. He is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and held the position of Board Member on the ACTAR Governing Board of Directors. He is a FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot. He represented the Massachusetts State Police on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Task Force. He is a certified Crash Data Retrieval Technician and Analyst for passenger vehicles and is a certified Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorder Technician and Analyst.
