Previously, At Sakata Seed America, my strategic approach to Operations Planning was instrumental in enhancing supply chain efficiencies and implementing S&OP processes. Mastery in KPI analysis and pivot tables enables me to drive data-driven decisions, optimizing inventory levels to meet forecasted demands.Previously at the United States Marine Corps, my two decades of service honed my skills in Supply Chain Management, culminating in the management of budgets exceeding one million dollars and accountability for assets worth over fifty million. My expertise contributed to developing robust standard operating procedures, ensuring mission-critical equipment was accounted for and readily available across various global locations. Additionally, I was able to hone my expertise in Procurement and Sourcing. Developing Strategic sourcing plans, supplier relationship management, supplier selection and onboarding, purchasing, category management, value engineering, supplier quality management, spend management, and more.
