I am responsible for 25 team members spread out across 6 resorts (totaling 6,200 rooms) in successful sales of Universal Orlando admission and upgrade products. Using structured sales models and raising the bar on guest service, my team consistently surpasses $25MM annually. In addition, I am responsible for the analyzing and reporting of over 60% of my divisions revenue and works together with Sr. Leadership to develop training materials to enhance sales and service division wide.

I am responsible for a team of 15 team members at 11 Universal Orlando Partner Hotels in the International Drive tourism corridor As they provide ticketing services and limited concierge services, I build relationships with GM's, Sales Managers, and key players at each resort, strengthening their relationship with Universal Orlando.

Responsible for daily operation of multiple attractions across both theme parks within Universal Orlando Resort which included safety of my guests and team members and providing excellent guest service.
