Since starting as an Engineering Intern in the public sector in 1993, Tim has gained extensive experience in construction management and inspection; surveying; design of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water infrastructure projects; and the design and maintenance of asphalt and concrete pavements. In his experience as a Public Works Director and City Engineer, he has provided strong leadership and direction within the Public Works Department, while gaining credibility and respect from his employees, peers, City Council, and the community.
