I held between 5-7 students at any given time.Students were from ages 7 to 50 years old. Organizing my schedule and creating new and interesting lesson plans were of the utmost importance. I was constantly researching new techniques and inserting modern technology into my lessons in order to keep students interested.As I progressed and improved at delivering quality education I began to use metrics to show my customers exactly how much they were improving, which vastly improved their overall satisfaction. Examples include voice and video recordings over time, typing tests, periodic review and testing specifically tailored to each student. All of my new students were recommendations from old students or managers.

Creation Language Institute (CLI) is a family owned private language school providing tuition in math, Chinese, English and other school subjects. Timothy has worked closely with management to create new activities and helped transform learning at CLI towards the Total Physical Response method, which encourages physical interaction and contextual relevance in learning language. Timothy uses a wide variety of interactive activities and games to ensure that kids enjoy their learning experience, which greatly increases retention.

The KHH Enviros is a small environmental NGO that Tim started early in 2008.We began doing beach clean ups and since have grown to 500+ members and have partnered with some of the schools and groups around Kaohsiung city and county. Our focus has grown to include media and social marketing campaigns.Our most recent project is to help organize and participate in the TEDx Kaohsiung conference to be held late in 2012.
