Administrative Coordinator
Current• Maintain calendar for the Director of Meetings and Events, and plan, prepare, and take minutes for approximately 250 staff and key stakeholder meetings per year, anywhere from 5 to 175 people.• Administer the bid process for future international convention up to 9 years out- collect, research, and analyze proposals, resulting in the RI Board selecting the future locations of the annual convention.• Coordinate and draft routine reports and highly organized reference documents including spreadsheets, binders, and Power Point presentations.• Maintain team information resources, including phone list, meeting roles lists, organizational charts, future meetings lists, and others as required. Administer permissions, and maintain organization within Meetings and Events related Team Sites.• Manage onsite staff and customer service office, and maintain staff office manuals. Manage onsite staff apparel order, distribution, and storage.Onsite assistance including:Travel for 2 or more weeks at a time to provide on-site logistical and customer service management support. Serve as Staff and Customer Service office manager.
