In addition, some of the key highlights of my career include the following accomplishments:• Scaling Uniseal’s structural adhesives line of business from 40% to 70%, from 5% to 20% in Europe, and from 15% to 25% in China.• Increasing Ashland Water’s sales from $4.7M to $6.1M annually.• Boosting Henkel’s North America sales from $25M to $45M, a profit of 45%, and driving $120M in global sales with 36% profit.
