Served as Interim CFO of a $400 million public company experiencing significant financial, operating and governance issues (e.g. strategic alternatives), in conjunction with leading review and remediation of complex internal control, audit, legal, regulatory and accounting matters.Served as Interim CFO of a newly acquired $150+ million PE backed healthcare firm, experiencing rapid M&A growth issues in a variety of financial and business areas.
