I lead industrial automation technician teams in high-tech manufacturing sectors and own and operate a metal fabrication company in Salt Lake City, Utah with my co-founder. I like to design, fix, modify, and build things. I really like robots and lasers - preferably lasers on robots whenever possible. I'm also a U.S. Navy veteran. In the aerospace manufacturing industry, I supported several different large scale projects and customers including Boeing and Lockheed Martin at a Northrop Grumman facility (formerly Orbital ATK.) I am currently in the medical device manufacturing industry for BD Medical.I am a driven, analytical, and highly technical professional with multi-faceted military and civilian experience. Since 2002, I have concentrated my experience as an electronics technician, 8 years for the U.S. Navy, and most recently in mechanical equipment in the private sector. I serve the demands of production managers to ensure compliance with project pace and timelines. I am consistently focused on enhancing my comprehensive knowledge of complicated systems and subsystems. I have a knack for instilling confidence in senior production management while overseeing a team and possessing an innate ability to handle any challenging task that comes my way. As a qualified medical responder, I am trained to lead on an Emergency Response Team by providing first aid, initiating and assisting Emergency Medical Services, responding to fires and chemical spills, and providing fire extinguisher training.Cultivating and maintaining strong relationship building with operators, material handlers, reliability engineers, assemblers, executives, and colleagues to troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy any problem is a significant area of expertise and concentration.
