Personally responsible for product, market/business development and commercialization, and overseeing the identification, selection and training of a national sales and service distribution network.* Took innovative product from concept to marketable product. Developed and wrote business plan and solicited $4.5 million in private equity. Completed first product clinical trial for product at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Hired a president to run day to day operations.* Increased sales from $700,000 in 2003 to $1.6 million in 2004, maintaining sales levels through 2009, despite the downturn in the economy and healthcare industry.* Developed multi-disciplined sales concept to introduce product to the Healthcare Market. While at Filtration Products, conducted an extensive analysis of manufacturing processes, environment and personnel, and developed a process to systemically identify potential sources of contamination causing product failure. Renamed the company to FP Technologies, Inc. to develop, market and sell the product.Tripled sales at FP Technologies from $1.2 million in 1989 to $3 million in 2002. Secured lucrative contracts to provide manufacturing process improvement engineering services for Fortune 500 companies. The work performed by FP Technologies identified and designed process improvements that resulted in product yield savings of over $3 million per year for Kodak, and over $7 million per year for Lexmark.

Began as a Sales Associate in 1979; promoted to Vice President of Sales in 1984; purchased the business and became President and CEO in 1987. Led a team of 15 comprised of a chemical physicist (Ph.D.), and a staff of engineers, sales associates, technicians, and ancillary personnel in product defect and contamination analysis, process and protocol engineering, and sales.Took Filtration Products from $150,000 in sales in 1979 to $1.2 million in 1989. Led company transformation from a regional distributor of filtration products to a national provider of engineering services and clean room design and construction services. Customers included Kodak, Xerox, IBM, Lexmark, Northern Telecom, Ford and General Motors.
