The Leadership Development Program at Textron allowed me the opportunity to join the ME Support team at Bell, the Continuous Improvement team at Arctic Cat, and the Facilities/Industrial Engineering team at Textron Systems. All three of these 8 month rotations allowed me to build valuable skills and meet wonderful people at the same time. I am very thankful to Textron for the opportunity.
