I am a licensed Architect specializing in the repair, constructability, and durability of all aspects of the building envelope. I take pride in detailing and designing façade systems that provide a separation from the elements while remaining durable.I perform building envelope assessments to diagnose façade failures, determine recommended repairs, itemize expected maintenance items, and identify liabilities when a building envelope fails. The assessments can be performed design such as during construction, or post occupancy. Post construction façade reviews are typically conducted to diagnose construction defects after a problem arises, but our services are recommended to be utilized proactively. This enables an Owner to ensure occupant comfort, extend the building facade's longevity, and reduce their liability.
