Responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of all systems and processes from the ground floor up for start-up debt collection company including creating, developing, and/or acquiring company website, marketing materials, contracts, sales and collections training documents and processes, organizational chart, phone scripts, financial spreadsheets, and any other document, system or process pertaining to debt collections.

Self-starter who managed all operations of independent Dallas and Boston collection sites. Responsibilites included recruiting, training and motivating diverse collections and clerical representatives and holding them accountable to compliance and performance standards, while running the day-to-day operations. Passionate, caring leader with strong organization, communication, and team-building skills. Recruited, developed, and trained several branch managers, an assistant branch manager of the year, and national collector of the year twice. Nominated for Branch Manager of the Year on three occasions.
