Responsible for the creation and setup of the Network Infrastructure, Services and Business processes. Directly involved in the planning, preparation and creation of Loki's business plan and initial funding requests. Designed and demonstrated the process to go from a aerospace part request to a completed Titanium 3D printed finished part in a matter of hours instead of months.

Managed the Windows Domain (2003), designed security and backups for Windows and Linux servers, both physical and VMs via vSphere. Automated software installations via Prism, set up internal OS patching via SUS, Created a system to deploy images to machines. The company maintained two distinct network domains: an internal development network and an external internet network. During my tenure, I set up a third network that was a hybrid of the two which required very tightly controlled access to the internet, and I eventually integrated the entire network into a single domain (Windows Server 2012). Created a business continuity plan to allow for speedy disaster recovery and all associated documentation.

Supplied Tier 2 and Tier 3 PC and Mac technical support on site and to branch offices remotely via telephone calls, chat, email, and shared screen communications. Managed and resolved escalated support cases submitted by employees, partners, and subsidiaries. Activities include deep technical troubleshooting, research, issue duplication, filing bugs, and follow-through with internal and external teams. Provided Technical training to employees and the Technical Support team, deployed automated software installations, managed the windows environment, and provided operating system updates and technical assistance.

Provided technical support for Nintendo products and services. Provided installation assistance and gameplay assistance to Nintendo customers to improve their gaming experience. Recorded video of gameplay, created and distributed documentation both to employees and customers to allow them to progress through the games quickly. Served on the training team to orient and support other employees in all aspects of technical support. The super agent designation involved cross-trained into every job in the call center including Gameplay Counselor, Customer service rep, correspondence, Public Relations, Publications. Additionally, the center maintained their own internal technical support group which I served on providing technical support, software installations and PC troubleshooting.
