I represent clients before the IRS with respect to gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. I have experience in trust and estate litigation, and obtain private letter rulings on significant gift, estate, and income tax matters. I also provide advice to non-profit organizations and trustees of charitable trusts.
