This includes fuel refined products supply (diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, bunkers, lubricants), risk management products/services (swaps, options contracts, fixed price forward contracts), logistics/delivery options, price negotiations for rack and indexed based deals and more. For energy products/services; full analysis of current operations across portfolio of needs (power, natural gas) in both regulated/deregulated markets; energy efficiency projects, demand response opportunity, financing options and availability and project needs development. Services also include distributor needs involving corporate turnaround, project and process outlining, operational expertise and organizational structure, M&A analysis/strategy and execution as well as sales training and management.
