I manage Key Account relationships across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Botswana. This includes distributors in each market and strategic customer groupings in the retail and food service channels. I manage the annual sales budgets for each country and individual customers.

Countries in my purview include Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia presently. I manage distributor relationships in each of these markets in order to ensure that our strategic customers have a continuity of fresh stock supply and in-country support. I manage an in-country sales presence in order to meet and exceed country specific targets. I manage all.

• Policy Analyst: Provide research and analysis of the South African policy environment. Work completed in this regard includes:
• Drafted the HSF research report on Nationalisation of the Mines and Land,
• Provided input to the Foundation’ Strategic Health Reform programme, local government development initiatives including spatial development of cities and governance frameworks,
• Provided input to the Foundation’s Heads of Argument in the Glenister matter, heard before the Constitutional Court;
• Drafted the Foundation’s report outlining the implications of the Glenister judgement;
• Drafted the Foundation’s written submission to the National Council of Provinces dealing with the Protection of State Information Bill;

I was involved in the Distressed Investment Sales team. We worked on putting together an Executive Summit, bringing together institutional investors and financial service providers specializing in distressed asset investment.
