We developed a hub and spoke model with sales managers in the Blockbuster Stores and our sales team going door to door to both promote and sign up new customers for the Dish Blockbuster Streaming service. The Dish Blockbuster streaming program was very successful at converting Blockbuster customer over to Dish Blockbuster streaming platform. XFinity/Comcast and also Time Warner Cable.I hired and trained top producers in a large amount of Walmart stores in their connection centers for XFinity Triple Play. I hired, trained them on all aspects of the program and managed their sales production. Our sales teams spend over a decade in Wal-Mart Stores building XFinity and Time Warner Cable.Budget Mobile –now SafeLink- I hired over 700 sales people and trained them in all aspects of sales and compliance. My sales teams produced on average 30,000 -35,000 customer acquisitions a month. We built Budget mobile in California from 0 customers into the second largest Lifeline provider in a few short years before their customers were sold to Safelink.Capital One- We helped built their sales force for instore and event staffing. Bank of America/MBNA- NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL – Under my leadership we build the entire sales staff for most pro sports event staffing for their credit card in stadium programs. Our clients include almost every NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL. It also included all college sports for over 1/3 of all major colleges in the country.
