As the U.S. Army Engineer R&D Center (ERDC) Program Manager for VTIME, I lead interdisciplinary, collaborative remote teams across multiple projects unified towards improving data-informed decision-making for Army installation stakeholders. We aim big - considering the strategic needs of the Army, supporting key sponsor objectives, and decomposing and aligning projects to drive successful progress. I guided VTIME through the first stage of the Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC), while executing multiple related demonstration and prototyping projects, and leading a recurring stakeholder working group with over 150 members, with typical attendance of 70+. At the ERDC, I've had the privilege to conduct research, development, and implementation across a variety of areas, centered on customer needs, and application of project and financial management:-- Real-time and enterprise data integration, unstructured information extraction, analytics, visualization, and decision-support development.-- Irregular warfare and the information environment data fusion and simulation to support wargaming and analysis.-- Spatially-explicit multiagent process and infrastructure interdependency simulations.-- Design of experiments and analysis of components of future soldier systems.Specialties: Project management, business development & proposal writing, communication, technical reviewer, contracting officer representative, geospatial analysis, databases, technical writing and speaking, interagency liaison/coordination, modeling & analysis, open source data.
