I have nearly 29 years of experience in the multifamily industry. During that time, I have secured many awards and mentored many co-workers on to advance their careers. My experience includes management of high-rise, mid-rise, garden and mixed use communities that range from luxury lease ups situated in both garden and urban sub-markets to affordable and subsidized. I am expert in managing buildings in various stages of value add renovation, receivership, reposition and disposition. I bring extensive knowledge of the DC, VA, MD and PA markets working with both large institutional clients to smaller, yet no less important, owner managed deals with fewer assets. Currently, as a Regional Manager with Greystar Management Services, my portfolio consists of 2,300+ apartment homes in the MD, VA, PA markets. Specialties: I am very forward thinking. I was one of the first in the industry to bring together the social networking sites to leasing effort. Additionally, assets within my portfolio benefit from my extensive focus toward on-line reputation management.
