• Manage three locations within the St. Louis market with 15-20 direct reports based on demand• $5M per year gross revenue with consistent YoY growth• Lead team that is engaged and performs at a level of excellence while navigating consistent change• Improve Customer Satisfaction to meet and exceed regional, territory and market goals• Oversee inventory control of full and empty PODS containers with a 0% loss rate• Track inbound and outbound containers and organize manifests to reduce risk of lost assets• Efficiently route deliveries to limit sold out days and meet business demand• Responsible for hiring of employees to meet budgeted AOP headcount• Monitor container repairs to ensure delivery of containers that meet or exceed PODS brand standards• Limit spending and promote business to maximize gross revenue while reducing cost• Maintain records on all assets including trucks, forklifts and containers• Prioritize efficiency in storage center to maintain inventory in orderly fashion• Meet with all staff daily to communicate safety, business needs, and promote cohesiveness

• Visit customers on a scheduled route to sell, rotate, and adjust batteries while providing excellent service• Build relationships with dealers on both a professional level and personal level • Rotate batteries over 90 days old, and kept rotates over 105 days under 2% of total consignment in field• Manage inventory on truck to ensure accuracy and FIFO system • Manage accounts receivable by collecting payment from customers in a professional manner• Manage the daily tasks of the office including closing batches, sorting DODDs, maintaining relationships with customers, answering incoming calls and assisting with the front counter • Flexibility to change roles as necessary to work in warehouse or deliver hotshots• Manage the AAA Missouri account weekly delivering 500+ batteries every week• Perform weekly and monthly warehouse counts and reconcile variances• Responsible for Accounts receivable in excess of $8M/year• Maintain A/R over 90 days between 1-2%• Maintain dealer files to ensure compliance with IOT standards• Trained office associates to be proficient in all areas listed above
