Tim I considered to be a client of mine as I was involved in the creative aspects of some of the virtual products and services we created in service to the community such as the voter identification verifier which verified if you were still a registered voter and if not what were the easiest and closest resources you could access both in person and virtually so you can be up to date and empowered to vote at any time. other projects included developing a visual aid and roadmap to help people who have been wrongfully incarcerated or have been set free but have not had their non-violent Federal offenses expunged such as drug offenses which often prohibits people from getting gainful employment. Tim demonstrated not only his leadership skills by empowering people to do the things that they volunteered to do but was also well connected to the community and the city to bring folks together to create a strategy and plan that often carried out in the successful projects and executions. He's warm-hearted, compassionate, considerate competent and patient. these qualities not only do I value professionally but also personally. in my own leadership experiences and in teams that I manage these are traits that often seek to maintain uphold and demonstrate at all times which often times results in us achieving our goals effectively and efficiently. To any leaders, organizers, activists, and community service workers, Tim is a great candidate to consider for whatever impact you're looking to make on the community that you serve." and "I worked closely with Tim for two years and was continually impressed by his abilities, his passion for social justice, and his empathetic leadership. Tim is extraordinarily well organized and adept at managing several projects at once. He's a highly skilled program evaluator and data analyst. I sought him out for his knowledge of nonprofits and philanthropy, civic engagement, to assist a qualitative research project, and for help with coding and data analysis in R.
