I actually have the pleasure of working with him as an advisor and creative consultant for code for America with our individual chapter known as code for Greensboro. there we collaborated in strategizing and developing structure within our chapter and cultivating leadership skills and managerial skills with volunteers who wanted to get more involved with the work that we were doing in Civic tech and Civic. Tim I considered to be a client of mine as I was involved in the creative aspects of some of the virtual products and services we created in service to the community such as the voter identification verifier which verified if you were still a registered voter and if not what were the easiest and closest resources you could access both in person and virtually so you can be up to date and empowered to vote at any time. other projects included developing a visual aid and roadmap to help people who have been wrongfully incarcerated or have been set free but have not had their non-violent Federal offenses expunged such as drug offenses which often prohibits people from getting gainful employment. Tim demonstrated not only his leadership skills by empowering people to do the things that they volunteered to do but was also well connected to the community and the city to bring folks together to create a strategy and plan that often carried out in the successful projects and executions.
He's warm-hearted, compassionate, considerate competent and patient. these qualities not only do I value professionally but also personally. in my own leadership experiences and in teams that I manage these are traits that often seek to maintain uphold and demonstrate at all times which often times results in us achieving our goals effectively and efficiently.
