Project Manager for the US Special Operations Command Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation program in support of the Defense Security Cooperation Management Agency. Responsible for the employment of 6 AM&E Subject Matter Experts assigned to geographically oriented Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) supporting the development of Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives. Director of Tactics and Special Operations Division (DTSO) for the Department of Defense (DoD) apportioned Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC), regionally oriented to the countries throughout NORTHCOM and SOUTHCOM Areas of Responsibility to include Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and Peru. Principle agent, responsible for the implementation of full spectrum Special Operations training plans in support of WHINSEC and DoD objectives. Prepares, coordinates, authenticates and publishes all SOF training plans, orders and guidance for Partner Nation Instructors (PNI) and students assigned to the School of Specialized Studies (SSS). Exercises staff responsibility for training and support of various maneuver elements, interagency relationships and Joint Forces capabilities in support of WHINSEC's strategic objectives.Executed 13 resident courses and nine mobile training teams, resulting in over 800 students trained from over 18 nations in Latin America.
