Advise and develop courses of action for the I Corps Chief Executive Officer (3-star General) and vice president for logistics. Serve as the senior maintenance operations and supply chain manager and advisor. Monitor and analyze data to ensure fleet equipment availability and supply chain performance metrics achieve established organizational goals. As resident technical subject matter expert develop policy and share best practices to fully integrate and leverage SAP ERP capabilities.

Selected as the HQ Department of the Army Executive VP for Logistics' (3-star General) primary on-site operational and logistics liaison to the I Corps & Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA and multi-state area of responsibility . Monitor and assist with implementation and post conversion sustainment and training activities associated with the $3.9 billion Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Collaborates with client executives, end users and key stakeholders to resolve issues and improve performance. Augments the activities of the GCSS-Army Product Management Office (PdMO), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM). Advises in developing changes to Department of the Army regulations and policy, training, business process implementation, and functionality improvements associated with the new system.

Serves as the organization's Senior Fleet Maintenance Operations and Logistics Manager in support of the 17th Field Artillery Brigade. Manages a fleet of 56 operationally critical systems and over 700 support vehicles. Advises and develops courses of action for the brigade CEO and executives for maintenance and logistics related decisions and policies. Monitor and analyze key maintenance metrics and implement changes to improve operational efficiency. Supervise a $1.9 million annual maintenance budget. Lead, train, and mentor 10 junior maintenance managers.
