-Responsible for achieving HR objectives by partnering with site administration and HR Manager to identify gaps in staffing, training, and retention.-Assisted compensation discussions with regional and local leadership-Assisted with creating an environment where everyone is treated fairly, differences are valued, communication is open and civil, conflict is addressed early and respectfully, and there is a culture of support and cooperation.-Traveled to different sites in Northeast with senior leadership to aid in acquisition startup, and based on positive engagement with new hires, create a desirable place to work.-Proactively identify and effectively address employee relations issues and assist managers to identify solutions / alternatives.-Leverage monthly metric reporting tools to identify trends / themes to root cause opportunities and share best practices with site administration and regional leadership.-Continuously strive to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.-Conduct exempt exit interviews in association with voluntary termination process.-Participates in employee relations by meeting with employees and conducting investigations-Assures compliance with regulatory requirements and policies -Manages site leave of absence requests by offering guidance to employees, maintaining accurate records and completing timecards -Participates and Presents in New Employee Orientation, answer general benefit and employee related questions -Cooperated with other departments to audit based on corporate compliance
