I mainly specialize in the administration, customization and interfacing of ITSM-based Service Desk applications.I'm a logical thinker, with a calm, empathic character that nicely supports my capability to understand the customer's needs when analyzing the questions and projects at hand.I started out supporting Omninet’s Omnitracker, which, over the years, resulted in a system that was heavily customized by myself, catering to the specific needs of our organization.As the ecosystem changed to a more connected way of working, my focus has shifted towards the development of interfaces connecting a myriad of applications (Omnitracker, 4Me, ServiceNow, OP5, …) to complement the efficiency of the support teams.Apart from the above, but in fact closely connected, I'm working on the financial admiinistration of our internal ITSM systems.On the side, as some sort of professional hobby, I still handle some of the graphical requirements within the company.
