Identified applicants with specific skills and experience and successfully had them apply and hired them for different, hard to fill positions to which they did not initially apply. Designed and implemented a “keep warm” program to maintain contact and inform all personnel interviewed and determined qualified as well as those with contingency offers of current contract award status; resulted in only seven people with offers declining. Worked with recruiting and talent acquisition to target hard to fill positions and organize in-person and virtual recruiting events as well as develop marketing flyers for the program. Worked with four subcontract partners to fill allocated positions. Reviewed partner candidates for acceptability and explained requirement shortcomings for unqualified candidates to our partners.Developed the program transition plan to execute after award that incorporated CDRLS delivery and internal CACI actions.CACI ultimately did not win the award.
