About Timothy M. Dodd

I get up every morning inspired to develop rock-star teams. Through mentoring, coaching and infectious enthusiasm, my teams deliver significant revenue growth, profitability and a superior a customer experience. I start by bringing groups together around shared values, improving culture and aligning with company goals. We then motivate and inspire each other to our maximum potential! Trained as a broadcast journalist, my work has been recognized by the Associated Press in two states for writing and presenting both radio and television news stories. Combining my journalism skills with a strong desire to help teams succeed I helped turn around a boutique radio station in just 12 months to win the Vermont Association of Broadcasters Award for Radio Station of the Year. In every role I've had, I've enjoyed being a strong relationship builder who understands trust and integrity are the foundation of any lasting business relationship.
