Mr. Neubert has worked in aviation for over 35 years as an airport executive, pilot, international business development manager, lecturer, and government advisor. He began his aviation career with the United States Air Force serving 10 years and is an active instrument rated private pilot. While serving as an airport executive, he established himself as an industry leader in creating innovative operational and safety procedures, credited in writing the first approved airport certification manual (Part 139) in 1987 which he used in creating "i-AIR" a GIS-GPS program used at airports, received several airport safety awards, served as President of the New York Airport Managers Association, and held executive administrative positions over a 15 year period with three separate commercial service airports. In addition, Mr. Neubert is an inventor and holds several US patents for products used at airports and is the founding and executive board member of the International Friction Pavement Association (IFPA). Currently, he is the President of Neubert Aero Corp. (NAC), an airport product and services Company, and Managing Partner of NAC Dynamics, LLC, manufacture of runway continuous friction measurement(CFME) and decelerometer equipment. A graduate in Aeronautics of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelors of Science in Aeronautics and he obtained his MBA from the University of Sarasota’s School of Business. Mr. Neubert is an accredited airport executive with the American Association of Airport Executives. In addition to his business duties, Mr. Neubert serves on the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Industry Advisory Board. Aside from his daily responsibilities, Mr. Neubert enjoys supporting the NAC Air Racing Team which won the 2009 National Air Racing Championship- Formula One Class"#1 INVICTUS". 2010 National Air Racing Championship his NAC JET Racing Team won first place in the Silver Jet Class "#3 PoleDancer".
