• Configured and administered the Corrosion Monitoring Program in Nexen Long Lake plant.• Performed corrosion data analysis based on Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for all equipment and piping on-site that would yield 68% greater risk reduction as well as a 90% cost reduction.• Composed engineering work packages for mechanical engineers and corrosion monitoring technicians in order for them to conduct efficient maintenance work, utilizing isometric drawings and P&ID documentations along the way.• Collaborated with Equipment Integrity Management System (EIMS) Inspectors to improve the overall structure of the corrosion management system, particularly with the inspection drawings.• Understand and familiarized with several monitoring and equipment integrity documentations such as API 570, API 571 and API 574 and how they were applied in the plant.• Drafted and fabricated the new operating procedures for Corrosion Monitoring Program.• Updated and refined the lubrication handbook for rotating equipment in the plant.• Worked on Maintenance Excellence projects whereby the functionality of conducting everyday maintenance activities at the SAGD and Upgrader plant is improved
