Due to my strong faith in innovation and passion in Information Technology, I have successfully completed several automation projects including the automation of the loan products through the development of a USSD mobile application (*443#) for onboarding customers and loan management, which greatly enhanced customer experience, increased efficiency and reduced operational costs. I have also been instrumental in the upgrade of a core banking system which exposed me to understand all business processes while translating the business requirements into technical requirements for proper implementation.
