I have considerable experience in the financial services sector including product development, policy formulation and implementation, quality management, team management and sales and marketing. Due to my strong faith in innovation and passion in Information Technology, I have successfully completed several automation projects including the automation of the loan products through the development of a USSD mobile application (*443#) for onboarding customers and loan management, which greatly enhanced customer experience, increased efficiency and reduced operational costs. I have also been instrumental in the upgrade of a core banking system which exposed me to understand all business processes while translating the business requirements into technical requirements for proper implementation.
