As Global CTO, Tim will continue to work with the Regional CTOs and Studio Leaders to further develop our internal and external technology expertise and service offerings. In addition, Tim will facilitate providing technical expertise to the Sales team early in the sales life cycle to design solutions and assist in closing deals. Tim will leverage his knowledge and experience as well as ensure other technical, Studio and Delivery talent are utilized in the process.As Chief Customer Success Officer, Tim will continue to work with the Delivery organization and Sales team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the Delivery process. Tim will also work closely with Don Kelly and other executives on key accounts, where he can provide his technical solutions expertise along with his exceptional process improvement background.
