High Dependency• Daily maintenance and examination of 11 complex sites that operate in critically sensitive manners – food supply chain, packaging, healthcare and logistics • Assessment, assembly and installation of hardware • End user technical support to all site contacts for customer extranet, myRentokil• Successful disaster recovery outside of business hours• Sound product knowledge, cementing compliance to audit requirements• Zero fail rate of intense audits conducted by internal and external parties such as AIB• Consistent recognition from site contacts for dedication and commitment to accounts• Solid relationships with colleagues, particularly, Field Biologists, Auditors, myRentokil Doctors and fellow pest techniciansLearning & Development • Design and program training for inductees, new and existing pest technicians • Demonstrating core skills in the field• Assist with continual development of High Dependency pest skills• Shadow, monitor and evaluate performance of trainee• Report to State Training Manager of individual’s performance and capabilityAccount Management• Primary contact for all 56 pest control premises• Delivery of positive customer experience• Consult with site contacts for their individual site needs and assist in the implementation of best business practices• Manage expectations of customer, particularly in relation to disruption of service delivery process• Travel for the training, support and coaching of technical staff• Identifying and highlighting solutions to customers – creating cross-sell opportunities (lead creation)
