I managed a team of 12 people through a revenue period of up to 8 hours and ensured all team members were able to keep up on production throughout shifts with upwards revenue of $4500. I produced up to 300 orders a day and greet customers to optimize customer service on every order. Also, I analyzed sales throughout a financial period to estimated sales for future days so food could be served atmaximum yield with minimal waste. I utilized upselling and cross-training strategies to improve increase sales by an average of 17% each year.
