Lead creative role, responsible for trend analysis, research & development, concepting, design and full creative direction to in-house and freelance designers. Design team executes on all graphics for apparel, hats, glassware, posters, accessories, tags & trim, POS signage, email marketing, social media posts/ads, for all of our 10 retail locations and popular ecommerce site.

Groveport, Ohio

Headed the in-house art department creating high-end color separations and graphic prints for national fashion brands. Managed R&D of new projects, tested new techniques and print processes: plastisol, performance, waterbase, discharge, foil, glitter, rhinestones, sequins & studs. Worked directly with clients to provide graphic assistance, print sampling, custom color matching, pantone color match and design.

Athens, Oh

Aided four full-time tenured professors in their personal studio practice from the beginning stages of artwork creation to the finished works. Preparing etching plates, coating and exposing screens, blending paper pulp, making paper, mixing inks, pulling prints, running the press, trimming and quality checks on finished work. Prints were often then distributed to galleries and exhibitions around the US as well as internationally. Disciplines included: Intaglio copper plate etching, black and white & full color mezzotint, screenprinting, paper making & woodcut relief.
