A go-to executive leader in Sustainment Operations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Tim is responsible for the execution and delivery of Sustainment products and services across the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) portfolio. An expert at planning and executing large scale depot operations and modifications that modernize aircraft to become next-generation capable. Experienced in start-to-finish planning and execution that is applicable to most any effort and line of business. Tim has a well-balanced career with experience in Production Operations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, active duty experience with the Marine Corps in aviation logistics, and experience in complex Sustainment Operations at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics with increased scope, responsibility, and financial responsibility in each new role. Tim began his career in production operations on the F-35 team at Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX. He was soon selected to participate in a rotational assignment leadership develop program that gave him valuable experiences in multiple groups before he settled into a manufacturing research and development.Tim left Lockheed Martin to join the United States Marine Corps as a commissioned officer and was able to utilize his aircraft knowledge in his primary role as an aviation logistics professional. In addition to his primary role, he also served as a foreign security forces advisor in Afghanistan and staff officer at Headquarters Marine Corps during his time on active duty before returning to civilian career. Upon his return to Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, he was able to move into a role in Sustainment Operations that utilized all of his previous experiences and enabled him to continue to grow, taking on roles of increasing responsibility.A proven Full Spectrum Leader adept at creating more cohesive teams and facilitating understanding across lines of business and functional teams, Tim is a leader that can take on any challenge and create value for customers and for Lockheed Martin.
