Bolesworth is a 6500 acre rural estate near Chester. It comprises of the Grade II listed Barbour family home at Bolesworth Castle since 1850, 12 dairy farms, 160 residential properties and 150 commercial properties. All these range from listed rural properties to purpose built office parks. The Estate also holds a number of prestigious equine events alongside other events such as Car Fest. I am the Chartered Building Surveyor for the Estate and I am responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, compliance and refurbishment of all of this.

Responsible for major refurbishment projects in the mental healthcare and adult care areas. Works included reroofing a large Grade II listed manor house hospital, full refurbishment and repurposing of several mental health wards and blocks with particular focus on patient requirements and safety along with the recommendations of the CQC.

In charge of up to 350 equity stores in relation to upkeep, maintenance, H&S, Environmental Health, reimage as well us usual Chartered Building Surveyor duties such as Dilapidations, Asbestos and Party Wall etc.

Working on the Spirit Pub Company account. Helping them understand what assets they owned and where they were. Led a team of field surveyors to asset tag all equipment and set up a database to manage these assets in relation to PPM, Capital Replacement etc.

Field based Surveyor covering 300 stores. Usual professional surveying duties as well as store refurbishment, opening and closure.
