Collaborated with the owners of this new Brew Pub to deliver a first class customer experience. This establishment delivers a very unique interactive experience to its customers leveraging technology. Union 32 Craft House was the first place in Minnesota to have a self pour beer wall. I performed technology/solution evaluations for the Self Pour beer wall, Point of Sale, Digital Signage, Audio Visual and network areas of need. Once the Evaluations and purchases were complete I managed the implementation of the chosen solutions. This has been an iterative process as we continue to evaluate solutions to add to the current customer experience.

Responsible for preparing and conducting knowledge elicitation meetings with various stakeholders to clearly understand the organizations imperatives and strategy. Analyze the capabilities necessary to meet these imperatives and creating a clear picture of the capability gaps that will impede the business from achieving their imperatives. In the Workforce Experience practice within the Business Transformation Group, I worked with enterprise clients to transform the way they engage and support their workforce, to scale their expertise across virtual teams with a global footprint, to attract and retain top talent, and to enable and connect everyone that needs to connect quickly and easily, both inside and outside the enterprise organization.As part of the Manufacturing team within the Business Transformation Group, I focused on aligning our key clients global business strategies with Cisco + partner capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. Leveraging advances in the "Internet of Things" (IoT), cloud services, and manufacturing to create new business models.

Covering the Enterprise Accounts in Minneapolis and St. Paul, I was Responsible for engaging in discovery discussions with customers to understand and document business needs and design requirements necessary for the optimal solutions. Through these discovery sessions and Customer visits I built relationships with customers and better understand their business. Collaborate with the Account teams to present solutions that will drive business outcomes and allow the customers to be more proactive and successful leveraging their existing and future investments.

Was responsible for all aspects of planning, developing, selling, implementing and supporting cutting edge information solutions to address business opportunities. A proven ability to drive revenue growth by helping business leaders apply use of technology in the pursuit of new business options or strengthening and innovating existing products. Launched Metavante IT Consulting Practice which helps Financial Institutions evaluate their IT people, technology and processes. Launched a Managed IP Telephony product offered to our clients. Launched a Managed Video Conferencing solution for our clients. Spearheaded the strategic analysis of Metavante’s entire communications environment.

Responsible for the design, implementation and support of Metavante’s Core network Infrastructure upon which all transactions for the 1500 Financial Institutions Metavante processes for traverse. Responsibilities also included the design, implementation and support of the WAN/LAN connectivity for the 35 Metavante facilities worldwide. Projects included the purchase, configuration and implementation of Cisco switches, routers and load balancers for core, distribution and access layer solutions. Designed and implemented new Core Network for Metavante saving $5 million annually. Spearheaded first Cisco IP Telephony deployment for Metavante employees. Developed IP Communications Lab for product engineering and testing. Led IP Contact Center analysis and recommendation. Now deployed with over 150 Agents. Deployed IP Telephony, Unified Messaging and IP Contact Center for Metavante Clients.
