Tim Reen is a Performance Science Applications Lead at Los Angeles Dodgers at Los Angeles Dodgers. I did not directly work with him at the beginning of my career at Wyncode but I slowly grew to learn, follow, and grow from Tim's lead. Having an education background Tim was one of the first technical instructors hired with an extensive background of success in education, and it has proven to be the backbone of the success of former and current instructors at Wyncode - as well as the consistent iteration and scaling of Wyncode's educational programs. Whenever given the opportunity to teach classes, Tim's feedback and ratings are consistently high. Similarly, whenever anyone on the team has the opportunity to work with him on a project, it is well received and welcomed. Tim will never let anyone he works with not be successful. He will stay the extra hour and steady the extra mile to ensure the success of his projects and those of the people that he works with and manages. He is directly responsible for the hiring of some of Wyncodes best employees and those that report to him typically have high ratings of the Wyncode Culture. Whenever proposed with a problem or challenge, I always made sure I vetted the idea past Tim- not because I was obligated in any way but because I sought to gain his perspective and potentially learn from it. His former experiences being a competitive athlete, educational leader, and current work as software developer always lent itself to the most "think big but act small" strategic solutions. The best part about Tim as a leader is that there is not one job at Wyncode that Tim couldn't do- and he is willing to do it if needed. Which, I also believe why each employee at Wyncode not only respects him as a teammate but as a leader- he will never ask of anyone what he would not do himself. "Lead by example" is the core of Tim's leadership and success. He is not only an asset to Wyncode but to the entire technology community. He led out the creation and continuation of our programs such as Part-Time, UX-UI, and our partnership with Lynn University as well as our partnerships with outside programs to provide a summer coding camp for south Florida youth. Lastly, he is intrinsically driven by the mission to increase educational opportunity in technology and change any landscape for the better. I do not think that one person who has worked with Tim or been lead by him would doubt that he will accomplish what he has set out to do. He has a fierce work ethic complimented by a calm determined demeanor. It was a pleasure to work with Tim, learn from him, and call him a teammate.
