AFC is the fastest growing urgent care facilities in the country. Some clinics are owned by the corporation, while others are franchised. I work with corporate clinics to train, update policies, and create smooth transitions to procedural changes.

Throughout my tenure here I held numerous roles where I have demonstrated diverse skills and leadership taking on a number of tasks to ensure the continuous growth of the company. I delivered comprehensive technical support for six instruments and their accompanied software packages, and assisted with training efforts and graphic design projects. To achieve goals I led company and staff through the sale and acquisition of the business. In addition, I fostered a cohesive team environment by leading company meetings and social events to increase engagement and employee relations. Additionally I created/tracked the marketing budget, managed the customer database for accuracy, wrote/edited/illustrated instrument manuals and tech sheets, and updated all servers and computers as needed. Below you will find some of my most significant contributions. • Integral part of the team that grew the company from 7 to 25 employees• Recognized for outstanding expertise and leadership by taking over various roles by way of promotion after being initially hired for technical support and graphic design responsibilities• Twice led the effort to move the company to larger facilities, and worked with contractors to refurbish and customize the work environment• Investigated and implemented a robust employee benefits package• Conceptualized and launched appealing packaging designs for new products• Standardized operations by penning and implementing the employee handbook• Served as a liaison between company president and staff to facilitate communication and direction

In this role I leveraged experience in publications and graphic design to create compelling print, web, and materials for weekly newsletter and bi-monthly magazines. I spearheaded all in-house printing functions to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all publishing materials. I am proud to mention that I redesigned all weekly and monthly publications, and launched a bi-monthly magazine. Lastly, I led volunteer efforts to transcribe years of sermons to be printed in book format. A couple of contributions I made during my time here were: ✓ Instrumental in the purchase of equipment such as printing press and all church copiers✓ Created logos for various ministries and teamed with outside print companies to complete projects✓ Drove optimal performance by supervising assistant designer and pressman
