A proven Lean-minded Team Manager, Operations Manager, and Change Manager managing a team of 40+ staff overseeing a daily student population of 500-600. Duties included full P&Lresponsibility over a 200-line budget of approximately $6M. Reduced program operating costs by 25% by way of a full two-year Lean transition of the program.
