Developing a web based Project Risk Management System to assist project managers in identifying, categorizing, and managing IT project risks. The system uses PHP, MySQL, XML, and Javascript to identify, categorize, and monitor project risks while providing and tracking team member work assignments in regard to risk mitigation. Developed a number of web PHP applications for local small businesses.

Led team to design and implement a number of Oracle Clinical development and integration projects with a total IT budget of $1.8 million in 2007 and $1.3 million in 2008. The projects and activities are:1. Relocation of the production Oracle Clinical application and hardware from New Jersey to Connecticut2. Reorganized and restructured the Oracle Clinical database into an active and archive databases.3. Development and implementation of Oracle Clinical / Remote Data Capture 4.5.34. Pfizer Consumer health divestiture project transferring consumer health studies to Johnson & Johnson / McNeil Consumer Products.5. Oracle Study Export / Import Utility customization project.6. Worked with Oracle and representatives from three other pharmaceutical companies to define requirements for and review the development of Oracle Clinical / Remote Data Capture 4.5.3.7. Led implementation of OC Remote Data Capture 4.5.3 at Pfizer, Inc.
