Convention Services, a wide range of services. From team management to hands-on customer services. Most services are needed to help run a convention of all sizes. Detail-orientated, and willing to help guide the Convention Attendees from start to finish. Starting from line management, directional services, and general information. Moving up to registration help, and excellent customer service skills to guide the attendees through the registration process. As well as extra services, such as Lead Retrieval, Room Monitoring, Kit Stuffing, and Basic Room Setup.

Managed the hiring and training of a small team of staffers for Information Services, as well as two Information Booths during the 2012-2014 Conventions. Assisted with the set-up and tear down of the event location. Prepared and maintained content for Convention Website.
