Relocated to Boston for personal/family reasons and, leveraging executive and board support from my previous company, joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Supply Chain and Operations finance lead for a $2.5B global division to drive profitable growth, working capital efficiency, and process simplification.

Expanded responsibility into the Finance executive role with P&L ownership for a $2.2B business delivering 10% revenue growth and 200 bps margin expansion.

Promoted into a Finance executive role and chief of staff to a Corporate Vice President to stabilize and provide KPI transparency into a $2B division.

Entrusted to elevate the role of commercial controller to a strategic finance partner for a $1B business expected to grow at 7% YoY. Hands-on partnership with an 80-person dedicated sales force and 20 channel partners.

Tapped to leverage operations experience and build a proactive FP&A function for a standalone $4B full-line P&L division (revenue, margin, R&D, SG&A, product line and regional splits, functional and site controllable, capex).

Moved into the business to facilitate a quarterly operating cadence with 14 global manufacturing sites and multiple ERP’s to ensure balance sheet accuracy, compliance and highly functioning cost accounting teams supporting the site operations.

Relocated to Chicago and accepted a position to lead global teams addressing all aspects of business controls to identify and remediate financial and operating risks. Delivered on-the-ground support and new tools leveraging management consulting and integration best practices.• Provide input and support to the Company’s ERM program and presentation to the audit committee.• Managed global, multi-location internal audit teams comprised of ~10 professional staff.• Assisted in the development and execution of a risk-based audit plan focusing on key operational, financial, compliance and technology / cyber risks across the company and network of suppliers and partners.• Executed Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption reviews through a Third-Party Sales Representative (TPSR) audit methodology focusing on key industry risks and countries.• Collaborate closely with Compliance, other second line functions and external auditors in order to maximize coverage over key risks.• Developed and implemented control framework in new international markets.

Planned, executed, and reported on financial, operational, and IT control reviews companywide as part of Sprint's finance fast track for future leaders. Helped develop Sarbanes-Oxley testing/compliance strategy.

Supported the system implementation of a global billing platform and the migration of 20M existing wireless subscribers. Through SQL Server and Visual Basic, architected and implemented an automated daily reporting system on all 20M subscribers to support the implementation and conversion strategy.
