I am passionate about using data-driven insights to create value for customers and businesses. I have a strong background in statistical modeling, optimization, personalization, and business intelligence. I enjoy leading and developing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity, and partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and outcomes.Most recently, I was the Director of Decision Science and Analytics at EXPRESS, a leading fashion retailer. There, I led a team of data scientists and ML engineers who delivered innovative solutions across the business, such as customer segmentation, product recommendation, inventory optimization, and pricing strategy. I also administered the Technology Leadership Development Program, supported recruiting efforts, and participated in DE&I and other associate-led groups. Previously, I was the Director of Data Science at 84.51˚, where I focused on enhancing customer engagement and participation across digital, e-commerce and in-store channels for Kroger. Some of the skills I applied and developed in these roles include process improvement, customer insights, data science acumen, stakeholder management and people development.
