Current-Lead all aspects of the wholesale business channel, including establishing sales objectives and targets, budget creation, allocation and management, brand positioning and communications, and training and education. -Manage key national wholesale account relationships for Crate & Barrel, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, The Container Store, Anthropologie, Macy’s, and Dillard’s, among others.-Grew the national department store wholesale channel by 70-percent in 2023 over 2022, including a 295-percent increase in wholesale sales at Crate & Barrel, where I conceived and directed a chainwide brand reset and the launch of an exclusive, co-branded home fragrance collection collaboration.-Expanded brand from 31 Nordstrom doors to all doors in January 2024.-Pitched, secured, and launched brand on Bluemercury.com in August 2023. Secured a 30-door test launch in July 2024, with an approximate on-counter date of September 2024.-Pitched, secured, and launched brand at Dillard’s, overseeing a 54-store and dotcom launch in May 2024.-Carefully guided Anthropologie from a dotcom-only account since 2021, expanding the brand to 21 top home fragrance doors with an approximate on-counter date of August 2024.-Sourced, interviewed, hired, and onboarded two regional U.S. sales rep groups to drive the specialty boutique store business channel, which has since expanded from approximately 500 accounts in January 2023 to more than 850 as of July 2024.
