Systems analyst working on myGov program, one of the analysts working on the upgrade to the myGov experience. We are reinventing the experience a customer will have when dealing with government services to ensure a clear and easy transaction can be achieved. Simple screen design coupled with user research driven concepts are the forefront of what we aim to achieve.As an agile team, i have designed a series of user stories that incorporate both a simple to follow user journey as well as the essential technical information needed for implementation. review of these user stories are constantly being reiterated to ensure the best experience possible is achieved. Following the implementation, both user testing and functional testing is undertaken to ensure a quality product that an average Australian would find simple and easy to use has been developed. Working to strict deadlines and changing designs or ideas at the request of the Minister is part of the day to day activities I am tasked with, as well as the myriad of problems that present themselves. No two days are exactly alike, and the constant change and new problems that present themselves is part of why i enjoy system analysis work so much.

- Receipt and distribution of stock to the various departments of the hospital- Collection of departmental orders and processing these orders using an electronic barcode system to replenish supplies- Ensure theatre rooms have a full supply of drugs and constant replenish of vital disposable medical equipment for procedures- Organisation of various special needs items for unique cases such as transportation and delivery of a cauterising wand needed for a craniectomy procedure

- Collection of patient from recovery ward and transportation to the relevant long term stay ward- Collection of any soiled or contaminated wastes from the wards- Transportation of patients to and from X-ray imaging centres, both internal and external to the hospital- Transportation and delivery of various medical equipment that is needed around the hospital

- Collection of patients from waiting rooms, deliver to theatres and transportation of patients after procedures to the recovery ward- Assistance in the set up and cleaning of the theatre room before and after each procedure, including ensuring a level of sterility is achieved between each patient.- Collection and application of various medical instruments to assist in the procedures
